Exhibitor Information

We are busy getting ready for the August 16-17, 2025 Dahlia Show! Below you will find information you will need for exhibiting your blooms. We want you to show! The more the merrier! Be sure to tune into our August 12 meeting for last-minute tips from our experts. Remember: You must be a member of a dahlia society to exhibit. Join here. It’s only $10/year!

  • Every entry needs an exhibitor card.

    Click here to print .pdf version. NOTE: Some printers need to enlarge to 100% so the 4 cards fill the page. Extra cards will be at the Hall of Flowers if you need them.

  • Click here to find your number which you will write on all your exhibitor’s cards, so the judges won’t see your name. There are two ways to get a new number: 1) Email Deborah Dietz dahlia.dietz@gmail.com or 2) Get a number Friday night (Aug. 15) or Sat. morning (Aug. 16) at the exhibition hall. Remember: You must be a member of a dahlia society associated with the American Dahlia Society to participate. Join our society here. It’s only $10/year.
